Prepare for a private journey to culinary Italy with Chef Antonio.

In this private chef experience, Chef Antonio will prepare for you a typical Sunday lunch enjoyed in his hometown village in Italy, beginning with an appetizer of beef and fig carpaccio with aged Pecorino cheese, followed by the featured course of rack of lamb with cannellini beans and romesco sauce, and a baby gem salad with pickled mushrooms. End your quaint, Italian meal with classic tiramisu.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Antonio! It was the best cooked lamb we've ever had - and we learned the proper way to cook it. We also laughed a lot, over stories shared in our travels, and learned cooking tips and tricks along the way. We highly recommend Chef Antonio!!
