In this private chef experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy four courses of New American fare. American and international fare is combined in this elegant menu, beginning with pan-fried oysters with dill crème fraîche and green tomato relish, and cider-brined pork belly. For the entrée, sink your fork into pan-seared red snapper with creamed corn, then end your private meal with a zingy chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
