Chef Alexander was fantastic!. He did a great job explaining his process in full detail throughout every dish, and his presentations were amazing. Everything he made tasted great, including one of the best pumpkin soups I think I have had in my life. There was no pressure, the chef was very laid back, and I had an awesome time.
