If I could give 6 starts I would! Chef Manfredi had been absolutely amazing, not even in Rome I had such a tasteful Carbonara! I'm afraid I won't be able to enjoy any other Carbonara, highly recommended!

I have never been to Italy but Chef Manfredi brought me there with his dishes, he is extremely passionate and knowledgeable and shared with us all the stories and trick behind his preparations. Food was amazing!
