Start with whipped ricotta girasole in Parmesan cream, followed by a delicate salmon steak served with bulgur and spring vegetables. For the main course, savor tender beef confit accompanied by sweet potato purée and glazed carrots. Conclude your evening with a decadent black and white Opéra like cake for dessert.
