Discover exactly what makes French bread so undeniably delicious in this hands-on culinary experience.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Stephanie will introduce you to the wonderful world of French breads. You will learn how to knead, loaf and bake the classic baguette, fougasse and epi.

Amazingly, these three traditional French breads are made from just four basic ingredients. You will discover how water, yeast, flour and salt come together to create the perfect baguette with a thin crackling crust and a tender interior as well as a salty, herby fougasse with a beautifully spongy, hole-ridden center, and the very impressive and sophisticated epi bread.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I loved Chef Stephanie's cooking class! She is a great teacher and keeps an organized & clean kitchen. She taught us how to make two bread recipes & how to shape our bread into baguettes, epi, fougasse and several knots for our milk bread dough. We made dough and followed the steps until it was ready to bake, then baked it to perfection and got to enjoy sampling it! I would definitely take another class that she is offering.
