Cooking Class - French Breads
In this hands-on class, Chef Stephanie will introduce you to the wonderful world of French breads. You will learn how to knead, loaf, and bake the classically French baguette, fougasse, and epi.
Amazingly, these three traditional French breads are made from just four basic ingredients. You will discover how water, yeast, flour, and salt come together to create the perfect baguette with a thin crackling crust and a tender interior as well as a salty, herby fougasse with a beautifully spongy, hole-ridden center, and the very impressive and sophisticated epi rolls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
