Cooking Class - Guilt Free Soul Food Desserts

Learn how to make the traditionally decadent staple soul food desserts with a healthy twist.

In this hands-on class, Chef Kelsee will teach you how to make traditional soul food desserts using both healthier ingredients and perfectly proportioned presentations.

Chef Kelsee has prepared a menu of five different desserts all of which will help you gain skills and confidence in the kitchen. Some of the recipes you can look forward to making in this class include a not-too-sweet mini coconut banana pudding studded with healthy chunks of banana, light and tangy no-bake strawberry cheesecake jars, and peach cobbler shooters oozing with major farmhouse vibes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
