Cooking Class - Trip to Italy
In this hands-on class, Chef Marc has prepared a three-course Italian menu that will take you on a journey through Italy. You will also gain an understanding of the differences in culture and why some ingredients are only available in certain regions of Italy.
Each dish on Chef Marc's menu represents a different region of Italy and will showcase different flavors and cooking techniques. You will begin your trip to Italy in Sardinia with an authentic calamari stew. Then, you'll head north and experience the flavors of Liguria and Veneto.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
