In this hands-on class, you will learn everything you need to know to master the art and science of dessert making. Chef Michael will focus on teaching you different ingredients as well as the techniques that come together to create an impressive dessert.
Chef Michael has prepared a menu of four different desserts for you to create. As you work your way through the menu, you will learn how to caramelize fresh fruit with honey, prepare a citrus curd, use gelatin to thicken cream and more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Tangy Lemon Curd
With crispy phyllo, raspberries and basil
Vanilla Panna Cotta
With blueberry compote and candied almonds
Flourless Mascarpone Chocolate Tart
With vanilla cream, toasted walnuts and strawberries
Honey Roasted Vanilla Pineapple
