In this hands-on class, Chef Jared demystifies the art and science of sous vide. Sous vide translates to "under vacuum" in French and involves putting ingredients in a bag, sucking the air out, and cooking in a water bath. Sound fancy? That's because it is.
Chef Jared's indulgent four-course surf and turf menu — featuring crab cakes, ribeye steak, and lobster — is full of ingredients that are unequivocally improved by sous vide. Thus, effectively showcasing that sous vide is the ultimate secret to perfectly cooked food. Every single time.

Jared was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the food that we were prepping and made the overall experience a wonderful time for my wife and I. I would certainly use him again in the near future and recommend him to family and friends. Also, ask him his favorite way to serve a tequila shot! :)
