Cooking Class - Italian Favorites Made Easy
In this hands-on class with Chef Sawsan, you will learn how to prepare three favorite Italian dishes that are complex in flavor, but not so complex in execution.
Chef Sawsan's menu is thoughtfully constructed so each dish wonderfully complements the next. You will begin by learning the technique to Italian fried polenta served with an olive tapenade. Then, for the main course, you will prepare a juicy, flavorful chicken piccata with roasted asparagus that comes together in a cinch. For dessert, an easy raspberry panna cotta that is pure silk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
