Chef Theresa brings an abundance of superfoods to the table in this fun and exciting hands-on class. As you work your way through preparing a healthy and satisfying three-course menu, you will also learn the super power properties of the many superfoods you will be building your dishes around.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating include a vibrant orange appetizer of smooth and spoonable sweet potato hummus, a refreshing salad with berries, almonds, and chia seeds, and a zingy citrus-roasted salmon with a spring pea sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
