In this hands-on class, Chef Ruth offers you a glimpse into how your favorite traditional Thai restaurant dishes are built. Chef Ruth introduces you to Thai ingredients as she shares the secret of how to balance sweet, salty, and spicy.
You will begin by learning how to use a wok in the traditional Thai fashion. You can also look forward to creating a homemade curry from scratch as well as a traditional Thai beef dish. Before you know it, you'll have a feast of Thai cuisine that can top take out any day.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
