Everything was cooked. I was expecting hands on experience. granted you can't cook the soup for hrs during class but he could have some cooked and show us how to start it. the main thing I wanted to learn is how to make the meat. that too was cooked and refregerated. he said it takes 15min in the pressure cooked I wanted to see that. we cook the ramen for 45seconds and prep our bowls. overall I am disappointed in this class we did nothing. I spent 105 dollars and drove to the chefs house an hr for nothing. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CLASS!!!!!!!!!
