In this hands-on class, Chef David takes your tastebuds on a journey through Latin America.
You will begin in Peru where you will take a soft approach to aji amarillo and ceviche. Then, you will work your way through Mexico as you explore how to balance acid and heat with pozole and dried chilies. Next, it's off to the Caribbean for an incredibly memorable mojo sauce. Lastly, you'll enjoy the sweet heat of chocolate cayenne ganache-covered churros found in street carts all the way from South America to Spain and Portugal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
