Have you ever wondered what the professional chefs savor when it comes time to brunch?

In this hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you the many cooking techniques utilized by chefs to create a brunch spread that will always impress guests.

From the learning the science of pickling to the secrets of preserving jams to crafting homemade sourdough, Chef Andy will outfit you with all the skills you will need to throw one amazing brunch party like a professional chef. A couple of recipes you can look forward to preparing in this class include sweet and decadent stuffed French toast, and savory smoked salmon with pickled vegetables and capers.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy's sushi making class exceeded expectations. I've only attempted to make sushi one other time early on in the pandemic to develop new hobbies/skills and failed. Knowing what I know now from Chef Andy (and Chef Emily), I'm ready to give it another shot! Chef taught us basic knife handling skills, tested our palates, and, of course, how to make a simply delicous maki roll. Early on in our class, it was evident to us that Chef Andy is really dedicated to his craft; which was nothing short of passionate and made the entire experience immersive and all the more enjoyable. Chef's apartment provided all of us with plenty of room and the atmosphere was most comforting. Thank you for teaching us what to look for when we order sushi at restaurants, how to tell what sushi grade fish is, and for recommending the types of knives to buy without breaking the bank. We certainly look forward to signing up for future classes to dive into other cuisines. Thank you for everything!

Chef Andy's sushi class was fun, delicious, & informational. He's extremely knowledgeable about ingredients, techniques, & the food he's making, & I definitely left with a heightened appreciation of sushi & cooking. I would definitely do another class with him!
