In this hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you the many cooking techniques utilized by chefs to create a brunch spread that will always impress guests.
From the learning the science of pickling to the secrets of preserving jams to crafting homemade sourdough, Chef Andy will outfit you with all the skills you will need to throw one amazing brunch party like a professional chef. A couple of recipes you can look forward to preparing in this class include sweet and decadent stuffed French toast, and savory smoked salmon with pickled vegetables and capers.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
