Most amazing experience. It was as hands on as i wanted and learned a lot more then what i already knew. Chef Jen was great!

This was an amazing experience. Chef Jen was great in showing and teaching how to get things cut and prepared. Something i would definitely do again.

An awesome date-night experience. Chef Jen did an outstanding job of hosting a relaxing Friday evening diner date for my wife and me. The menu consisted of Crabcakes served with a green bean frisée salad, New York steak with a cabernet mushroom sauce, chipotle creamed corn and finally whipped potatoes. The meal was delicious. We will definitely look into booking another event in the future. -Henry
Meet your chef
Chef Jen, who has been in the kitchen for over 17 years, graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, and has worked at popular L.A. area restaurants such as The Palm, Gozar, Buca Di Beppo, and as a Whole Foods Market catering director. Aside from owning an L.A. area catering company, Chef Jen is focusing on putting her knowledge and passion for food to teach others, and hopes to help others understand sourcing, cooking, and eating quality local ingredients!
