In this hands-on class, Chef Kate shows you how to make the most of fresh seafood.
You will begin by learning how to shuck your own clams and oysters like a true professional, as well as the fundamentals of peeling and deveining shrimp. Chef Kate will also teach you how to identify fresh seafood for proper raw fish handling. You will then use the shellfish to create classic seafood dishes to enjoy among good company.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
