Cooking Class - Seafood by the Sea

There isn't anything much better than enjoying fresh seafood delicacies.

In this hands-on class, Chef Kate shows you how to make the most of fresh seafood.

You will begin by learning how to shuck your own clams and oysters like a true professional, as well as the fundamentals of peeling and deveining shrimp. Chef Kate will also teach you how to identify fresh seafood for proper raw fish handling. You will then use the shellfish to create classic seafood dishes to enjoy among good company.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our seafood dinner experience with Chef Kate was an outstanding treat. She was well prepared when we arrived with applitizers we nibble on while we prepped the vegitables for our sea food soup. The lesson on how to open an oyster will be very useful for me in the future. Chef Kate also know how to surprise. With a great desert.
