In this cooking class, Chef Alejandra will show you how to make an impressive 3-course Thai fusion meal. She'll share great tips for creating amazing flavor combinations as well as stories from her times managing Thai food trucks in France.
You'll start by learning how to prepare an impressive seared ahi tuna appetizer. Then Chef Alejandra will show you how to create an amazing scallop dish served with her homemade Thai broth.
For dessert, you'll make a panna cotta with all the flavors of a Thai mango sticky rice dessert. You will leave the class with a handful of impressive recipes to make for all of your friends and family!
Chef Alejandra invites guests to bring their own beer or wine to enjoy with the meal and is happy to provide recommendations.
Caramelized tomatoes with white and black sesame
