In this hands-on class, Chef Sydney teaches you three comfort food staples—sans meat. This vegetarian class is ideal for beginner cooks and those looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into their cooking repertoire.
You will begin by discovering how browned butter and herbed cream can infuse an extra layer of warmth into an already comforting tomato bisque. Next, you will tackle pastry dough techniques while putting a meat-free twist on a traditional beef wellington. For dessert, you will learn to make tangy homemade lemon curd and whipped cream for indulgent parfaits.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
