No prior knowledge is needed for this amazing baking class that is all about pies. Do not feel intimidated when it comes to making pie. In this class, Chef Frances and Chef Sasha will provide you with all you need to know when it comes to creating gorgeous pies.

Start from scratch as you learn how to create the dough and then roll it out. Discover culinary secrets to baking, as our chefs show you how to blind bake a pie crust, make a lattice, and whip up divine fillings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef

Chef Frances started her culinary career as the chef at Lalimes restaurant in Berkeley and also enjoyed teaching and cooking at Chateau Routas in Provence. More recently, she taught the professional culinary program at the renowned Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco for over 10 years. Chef Sasha met Chef Frances at Tante Marie's, where she led the professional pastry course after years of working at Bay Area restaurants and bakeries such as Bay Wolf, Garibaldi’s and Café Rouge.
