Creating a gorgeous array of brunch foods does not have to be a daunting task. Join Chef Sasha and Chef Frances as they show you different techniques in preparing eggs, how to easily whip up world class brunch dishes that are both savory and sweet and more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I thought the class was great. I would've liked to watch the pork shoulder being made since that was the basis for all the other dishes we made, but I think the detailed instructions will be enough to help me through it. All the food was delicious and Frances and Sasha were great to work with.

Chefs Frances and Sasha offered a wonderful cooking experience. We deboned and roasted a whole leg of lamb, and then chefs showed us how to cook five completely different dishes out of it! Each of the five dishes was unique and very delicious. This class made my Sunday!
