Get fired up with Chef Andy and perfect the art of cooking meat gaucho style.

Join Chef Andy as you journey through the culinary traditions of Argentina, which is known for their undying love of beef. This is a passion you will acquire as you learn the history and techniques of flavoring and cooking perfect Argentinian meats.

This hands-on, three-course feast begins with fresh, steaming empanadas bulging with beef and potatoes. Then you will move onto the classic grilled skirt steak topped and infused with a refreshing zing of chimichurri. End with melt-in-your-mouth beef atop a crusty crostini.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
