Join Chef Andy as you journey through the culinary traditions of Argentina, a culture known for its undying love of beef. This is a passion you will acquire as you learn the history and techniques of flavoring and cooking perfect Argentinian meats.

This hands-on feast begins with fresh, steaming empanadas filled with beef and potatoes before moving on to a classic grilled skirt steak topped and infused with a refreshing zing of chimichurri and served with savory grilled vegetables.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Highly recommend this fun and informative class! The Chef kept the class lively, comfortably walking us through the preparation while imparting fundamental skills along the way. I learned a lot and laughed a lot! We had a good group with 6 participants helped by two chefs. Food was yummy, and the BYOB meant good champagne for me! Class started and ended on time. I left feeling pleasantly full of both food and knowledge. I could make all these dishes again and feel confident.
