Create a gourmet four-course meal featuring tapas selections filled with authentic Spanish flavors.

Tapas are esteemed dishes of Spanish cuisine loved around the world, and this informative hands-on cooking class with Chef Andy demonstrates authentic methods for creating them. You'll learn the history of these distinctive flavor combinations as you prepare traditional fillings to make a classic tapas spread.

Begin your lesson with goat cheese baked in tomato sauce and seasoned with herbs before assembling an artichoke heart and olive salad. Then, cook up risotto with ham and Manchego cheese before crafting rich dulce de leche crêpes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I didn’t realize this would be at chefs house but that’s probably bc I didn’t read the information. Being at his house, which was clean and cozy, it was like more personal experience. He’s very knowledgeable.

Very fun class. Anybody intimidated by trying to cook Chinese food at home should try this class. It's surprisingly simple but delicious and Chef Andy makes it a lot of fun to learn. It was a great date night for my partner and I! Highly recommend as the winter nights are cold and it's the perfect thing to do to get out of the house and still enjoy a home cooked meal.
