In this hands-on class, Chef Shelley will teach you how to elevate any event to the next level with some of the best and most impressive hors d'Oeuvres recipes.
You will prepare a classic Spanish ceviche using market-available fresh fish and a refreshing citrus marinade. Chef Shelley will also teach you how to make show-stopping spinach and potato wontons and reveal her secret for flavorful pissaladière. Then, learn how to work with flavors from around the world to create codfish brandade en croute.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shelley’s nearly 30 years of professional experience as a successful chef combined with her extensive event planning experience have equipped her to be one outstanding host to a variety of dynamic, hands-on cooking classes. Chef Shelley has spent a great deal of time cooking for many celebrities and dignitaries as well as teaching an array of classes for both children and adults. She is also the former owner of popular restaurant in Brooklyn.
