Why wait in long lines for weekend brunch when you can stay in and enjoy good food and good company? In this hands-on class, Chef Sydney will show you how to bring out the best in a few sweet and savory brunch fares you can make at home.
Begin by crafting a perfectly gooey homemade cinnamon roll with fluffy cream cheese icing. Next, a wonderfully seasonal, savory quiche filled with the freshest vegetables available. Last, Chef Sydney will teach you how to make decorative cuts for a beautiful fruit display.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
