There is perhaps nothing better than diving into a steaming pot of homemade pasta. In this hands-on class, Chef Diane will teach you how to craft your own pastas from scratch and make a variety of deliciously different dishes.
You will learn how to make egg pasta, spinach pasta, gluten-free pasta, pappardelle, and ravioli. These pastas will then be brought to life with the creation of a fabulous mixed meat sauce, a to-die-for ravioli stuffing, and of course, garnished with a side of warm, freshly baked garlic bread.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
