Join Chef Diane in this hands-on cookie-making class where you will get to handcraft five different varieties of bake-and-take cookies to impress all the participants in your upcoming holiday cookie exchange.
Chef Diane teaches you how to make some of the long awaited classic holiday staple cookies. But you won't stop there. Chef Diane will also bring some new and innovative recipes to the table for you to try your hand at. Don't forget to bring a container large enough to bring home a few dozen cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Diane began hosting small cooking classes—until the demand grew. Now, she is the executive chef and founder of a company centered on interactive culinary experiences. Prior, she established a cooking program for children, which is still thriving today. As a chef instructor at French Culinary Institute and New York Restaurant School, she generated the highest percentage of students placed in 4-star restaurants. She has been featured in numerous articles, including in the Wall Street Journal.
