You'll begin by learning how to use risotto as the base for a one-bite appetizer that is as appealing as it is appetizing. Then, learn how wonderfully sage pairs with pumpkin in both a soup and a ravioli dish that will steal the show. Serving individual desserts will give each pumpkin parfait you plate up the attention it deserves.

Chef Carol is an incredibly talented chef with such a warm personality. Her skills with hosting classes and catering events really shine as she teaches cooking methods and practical skills to use in your own home. The food is delicious, beautifully plated, and flexible for any occasion. Her home offers a clean and elegant environment for learning and having a good time as you enjoy her classes. A dynamic teacher, Chef Carol delivers classes designed to provide techniques and tips to make cooking successful and enjoyable. She holds a culinary arts degree and is an honors graduate from the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Dallas. She has worked with hundreds of nationally known instructors, cookbook authors, and professional chefs, and has years of experience as an instructor at Milestone Culinary Arts Center, Williams-Sonoma, and Le Creuset, to name a few.
