all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 20-course meal.
Help your kid learn through hands-on kitchen activities in this guided session.
Give your child a full culinary experience in this interactive cooking series in Southlake (Dallas), spanning five exciting days. With support from Chef Michael or a resident chef, students will cook a new menu each day, from pineapple buns and empanadas to baked lasagnas and chocolate lava cake. Along the way, they’ll practice teamwork, knife skills and safe kitchen habits. This cooking class in Southlake (Dallas) wraps up with a printed menu, graduation certificate and skills kids can use long after the week ends.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
