In this hands-on class, Chef Jeffery will unlock the secrets to traditional Asian cuisines as you work your way through the techniques, ingredients, and recipes of the Pacific.
Begin by working with PEI live mussels to be prepared with Japanese mayo, sake, sriracha, and chili flakes, then glazed under the broiler and topped with ponzu and chives. Move onto a pork medallion rubbed with Chinese five-spice and smoked over Darjeeling tea that will be served with rice cooked subgum in a sizzling wok. Finish the cruise with a fluffy Tokyo-style cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
