Join Chef Anthony in this hands-on class where you will master the recipes and learn the techniques to make a leisurely and enjoyable breakfast or brunch. This menu is great for breakfast in bed, an elegant brunch, a lazy afternoon, or even breakfast for dinner.

You will learn a modern, quick technique for foolproof hollandaise sauce to top an indulgence soft shell crab egg Benedict. Chef Anthony also teaches on a Texas staple: homemade biscuits. Learn all about plantains, and the basics of adult sorbet making for a sophisticated dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tony was awesome! He brought everything with him — all of the food, spices, pots, pans, bowls, dish rags & even an ice cream maker. The food he prepared was delicious. My husband helped him in the kitchen, and we both learned a TON! Tony is great company, and we really enjoyed our evening.

Chef Anthony (Tony) was knowledgeable and prepared. Chef Tony made contact in a timely manner and made sure that we had a proper wine for pairing with our dinner to have a great night. My fiancee was excited to learn new cooking techniques. We had a great evening.

I surprised my boyfriend with the romantic Italian dinner for his birthday and we had a blast! Chef Anthony was fun, knowledable AND of course the food was delicious. Would definitely do it again.
