Cooking Class - Japanese Style Fish and Chips

Chef Lisa utilizes her love for the culinary lifestyle to bring you a class that is unique, and looks forward to introducing you to a traditional menu with a Japanese twist.

Discover your creative side, as Chef Lisa guides you through creating appealing and flavorful Japanese meals. Learn how to take England's token dish, fish and chips, and make it Japanese style with new elements and a way to plate that is incredibly appealing. Take Japanese ingredients, such as soy, sesame, cilantro, and more, as you make a new version of an old favorite.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
