Chef Sean is was so knowledgeable about Japanese cuisine and made an incredible meal! It was interactive from beginning to the end. Throughout the whole process he was allowing me to taste each ingredient and talking about what component they add to the final dish. I would definitely recommend Chef Sean for a cooking event. He knows how to engage a crowd!
Chef Sean is one part exceptional chef and one part enthusiastic entertainer. Over the years, Chef Sean has developed not only cutting-edge recipes, but the ability to explain the techniques that bring them to life. With experience in a popular sushi restaurant, Chef Sean’s cuisine is based on traditional Japanese methods boasting unconventional flavors. However, his favorite part of cooking is the relationship he shares with people and their appreciation of food during his classes.
