Enjoy a delicious introduction to vegan breakfast and brunch staples with Chef Robin
Chef Robin knows that brunch is the best meal of the day. In this class, you will learn how to create surprisingly simple breakfast and brunch fare that you can recreate at home to make an impressive (and healthy!) meal for family and friends.
The classics, like crunchy homemade granola with yogurt and fresh berries and an anything-but-bland tofu scramble make the starting line up. Then, Chef Robin introduces the unexpected. Biscuits and vegan sausage gravy, and a tempeh bacon sweet potato hash will instantly turn into a weekly ritual.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Robin’s vegan brunch class was excellent! She showed us how to make great meals, was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions, and had an amazing and friendly personality! She caters the class to what you are most interested in learning about and really helped us make delicious dishes. We were so full and took all the leftovers home with us. It was awesome to have a private class with her and she sent us home with all the recipes from that class and more. We will definitely take another class again in the future!

our Vegan Brunch class with Chef Robin was outstanding! She is so informative, an amazing teacher and coach - between the ingredients, recipes and her amazing personality, it was the best class we’ve taken! Highly recommended- we will be back for another class!

Chef Robin has more than 30 years of professional experience as a vegetarian caterer, private chef and executive chef, and as owner of one of London's top award-winning vegan restaurants. Living in London for many years gave Chef Robin a great knowledge of global cuisine, and she is excited to share her culinary expertise and best cooking techniques with you.
