Chef Robin knows that brunch is the best meal of the day. In this class, you will learn how to create surprisingly simple breakfast and brunch fare that you can recreate at home to make an impressive (and healthy!) meal for family and friends.
The classics, like crunchy homemade granola with yogurt and fresh berries and an anything-but-bland tofu scramble make the starting line up. Then, Chef Robin introduces the unexpected. Biscuits and vegan sausage gravy, and a tempeh bacon sweet potato hash will instantly turn into a weekly ritual.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
