WHAT YOU’LL DO
Chef Jeff leads your taste buds on a journey to the Mediterranean coast.
In this class, Chef Jeff will show you how to maximize the natural goodness of humble ingredients and master the exotic spices of Mediterranean cuisine.
Begin by making your own pita bread that will serve as a vehicle for the variety of dips, spreads, and salads you will be whipping up and dipping into. You will also break down, skewer, and soak chicken in a traditional Mediterranean marinade. Freshness is the number one rule in Mediterranean cooking, so you will finish off the class with a refreshing tomato onion salad.
