Join Chef Deborah in learning impressive culinary techniques in this class that is just for teens and tweens.
Chef Deborah understands the love that teens and tweens have for the culinary lifestyle, as she was there once herself!
Chef Deborah has created the perfect menu for teens and tweens alike as they learn to prepare a delectable dish they will certainly want to devour. After choosing between pizza or pasta, they will get started creating dough from scratch, and learning about basic knife skills and kitchen safety. The class ends on a sweet note with ice cream and homemade marshmallow cream.
This class is designed for teen and tweens from 11 to 17 years old.
Teens and tweens need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My boyfriend and I left this experience saying to each other “wow well that was the BEST!” Chef Deborah was so kind and welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. At the same time, she challenged us and taught us so much about how to prepare and cook this amazing meal (which was absolutely delicious). It was a perfect date night and such a valuable learning experience! Thank you so much Chef Deborah we will definitely be back!

Her degree in culinary arts, as well as early childhood education and dance, make her experienced in designing meals with considerations that give each bite a personal connection. Chef Deborah’s vast knowledge includes how to avoid over consumption, including eating the proper balance of foods and enjoying what you eat. She believes it is important to have a positive relationship with food.
