Chef Naomi will give you a background on this incredible way of looking at the foods we eat, including how to incorporate each essential ingredient that this special diet calls for: sweet, salty, pungent, bitter, sour, and astringent. Using the principles of this unique cuisine, Chef Naomi will show you how to prepare classic Ayurvedic dishes, including mouthwatering curry, traditional Indian chutney, and rice as you have never had it before.
