Under Chef Kayla’s expert guidance, you’ll prepare a traditional pasta dough using semolina, water and olive oil. Master the techniques for kneading, resting and rolling the dough before cutting it into delicate fettuccine ribbons. Then, you'll create a velvety sauce featuring garlic, butter, cream, chicken broth and smoky Cajun spices, finished with a splash of fresh lemon juice and Parmesan.
