A culinary visit to Mexico awaits you with Chef Chiquita
Chef Chiquita will take you on a culinary journey to another land, as you are immersed in Mexican culture and cuisine. So much goes into making an authentic Mexican food fare, but with the assistance of Chef Chiquita, you will learn all the skills needed to become a master at Mexican cuisine.
You will begin by making guacamole from scratch that is so creamy and divine you will not be able to get enough! For your main course, quesadillas are on the menu. Chef Chiquita takes you beyond the simple tortilla and cheese, as she introduces you to spices to make your meal stand out with fillings, such as chicken, beef, or shrimp, that will make it one of a kind. For the grand finale you will go on to put a Mexican spin on a classic dessert: the mango and lime mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chiquita was a great teacher and we had the best time with her! She knew really well what she doing and was a very pleasant and fun company! The menu was delicious and we definitely learned how to make it. Highly recommended.

I had a very bad bad experience with this chef. I and my teammates really like her menu so we decided to book her class, and she send us a message telling us that she is not in town on the originally intended date and asking us if we can postpone it for 1 week. We agreed, again because we liked her. And the next weekend on Friday evening, 2 hours before the class started, she sent us message telling us that she could not make it because her assistant fell sick suddenly so no one could drive her to our address. Seriously? Seriously? In order to be able to do her job, regardless of the quality, she must have her assistant with her. No other backup plan. It is all the assistant's call. That was so so unprofessional of her. And of course we would never book any class with her.
