Chef Douglas is excited to host an exclusive cooking class at the beautiful Madrone condominiums at the resident lounge. This event is exclusive to Madrone residents.
In this class, residents will learn how to use Bay Area's freshest ingredients to create sophisticated, multi-layered dishes.
They will begin the class with an assortment of starters, while meeting and mingling with fellow residents.
During this 4-course, hands-on class, residents will make a delightfully fresh soup, an entree with a side, and a dessert.
Chef Douglas will teach the process of mise-en-place, toasting spices, perfectly seasoning food, and managing your kitchen.
