What You'll Do

Bake your way through different bread traditions in this cooking class in The Woodlands.

From soft Korean salt bread to dukkah-dusted flatbread and tomato-studded focaccia, this cooking class in The Woodlands gives you three ways to understand bread dough. Chef Jaken or a resident chef will guide you through mixing, kneading, shaping and baking while explaining what to look for at each stage. You’ll also learn how salt, herbs and seeds change the character of each loaf you bake. Book your cooking class in The Woodlands today!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

peruvian dinner with chicken sish kabob, fresh salad, sticky rice and incredible desert. Delightful and fun experience to cook with chef and learn various Techniques.

Steak, fries, salad, creme brulee. Enjoyed making garlic aoili, compound butter, vinegrette salad dressing, and the brulee. This class was a gift certificate. I enjoyed it very much. Will most likely schedule another class in pastry making.

This was a lot of fun. Although I thought it was silly that they crowded us all together with another couple. It felt like too many cooks in the kitchen. And it wasn’t the romantic experience we were hoping for. Two table were empty and it would have been the same amount of food. A few more dirty dishes is all. The couple we were with felt the same way.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

Steak salad and pasta. This was supposed to be a date night. Had to share everything with another couple. Class overly full. No chairs had to stand for almost 3 hours. It is not sanitary to have other people I don’t know using their bare hands in my food. It was way too loud with so many people that I couldn’t even hear the chef’s instructions. I would not recommend this class as a date night activity. The steak was tough to chew and the dessert was not gelato like advertised it was just melted ice cream. The pasta was amazing and the chef was nice.
