The class was fabulous!!! She didn’t waste time having us prep & chop. She got right into cooking the various dishes. Having the printed recipes was helpful & allowed us to write additional notes. She stresses organic and fresh everything, which is important to me. Her camera over stove allowed us to watch what was going on in the pan as she prepared each dish. At the end we all sat in a beautiful outdoor setting & ate the meal while listening to more tips and stories about India. She had various items for sale, like homemade ghee & a bag of all the spices measured out for each dish we prepared. Perfect in every way!

Chef Ayesha is a skilled chef and a warm, welcoming and gracious host. I loved how she did all the prep in advance and had everything so well organized to make the.most of our time. I appreciated the attention to detail on demonstrating technique. I learned so much! Enjoying the finished meal was the best part. Bravo!
