With guidance from Chef Megan or a resident chef, you’ll make grilled chicken with charred lemon salsa verde, assemble a tomato and goat cheese galette and prepare a butter lettuce salad with radishes and Green Goddess dressing. You’ll finish with a half and half drink made with lemonade and iced tea while learning practical techniques for grilling and seasonal cooking. This cooking class in Raleigh is a great way to enjoy fresh summer dishes with plenty of hands-on practice.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
