Chef Amanda will walk guests through working with a variety of seafood ingredients and preparing a selection of gourmet recipes. Guests will learn how to make jumbo lump crab cakes, sesame crusted tuna, curried mussels, and seared salmon with herb sauce and lentils. Chef Amanda is a culinary artist who’s also passionate about local produce. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she attended restaurant business school in Australia before moving just outside of Athens, Georgia to farm and grow sustainable vegetables, fruits and flowers. Chef Amanda has spent time as a cooking coach for a major grocery store chain, has taught cooking classes and currently teaches at Salud Cooking School.
