Cooking Class - Fresh Seafood 101

Chef Amanda will walk guests through working with a variety of seafood ingredients and preparing a selection of gourmet recipes. Guests will learn how to make jumbo lump crab cakes, sesame crusted tuna, curried mussels, and seared salmon with herb sauce and lentils.
