If you've ever felt daunted by using fresh seafood in the kitchen or had questions about preparing fish at home, lay your fears to rest with Chef Amanda! Cooking with seafood is easy and enjoyable in this introductory, hands-on class.
Chef Amanda will walk you through a variety of seafood ingredients and preparing a selection of gourmet recipes. You will learn how to make jumbo lump crab cakes, sesame-crusted tuna, curried mussels, and seared salmon with herb sauce and lentils.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
