From cedar plank salmon to a dark cherry hazelnut sundae, this engaging cooking class in Omaha covers a full and flavorful summer menu. Guided by Chef Amjad or a resident chef, you'll cook salmon with a blackberry sauce, put together a golden beet and haricot vert salad and bake sweet onion and herb focaccia from scratch. Throughout the class, you'll gain hands-on experience with seafood preparation and baking techniques.
