What You'll Do

A three-day culinary journey through Italy, China and Japan for young chefs ages 6–10.

Young chefs will explore the exciting world of global cuisine in this hands-on three-day cooking class with Chef Sharon. Every session welcomes a maximum of six participants to ensure each child receives plenty of attention and hands-on time.

 

Across three sessions, young chefs travel through Italy, China and Japan – crafting handmade fettuccine and gnocchi on Monday, folding vegetable dumplings on Wednesday and rolling veggie sushi on Friday. Along the way, they'll sharpen safe knife skills, learn to mix and shape dough and discover the joy of building dishes from scratch. Each day, one signature dish is prepared and every session builds real kitchen confidence. Book this class and set young chefs on a path to loving the kitchen.

 

Skills young chefs will learn:

  • Safe knife skills using kid-friendly knives.
  • Dough mixing, rolling and shaping.
  • Folding dumplings and assembling global dishes.
  • Kitchen organization and teamwork.
  • Cultural appreciation through international cuisine.

 

Open to ages 6–10, this drop-off experience runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, chef-guided throughout in a fully electric kitchen with no open flames. All ingredients and materials are included.
