Learn to roll dough and shape pasta in this fun cooking class.

Build confidence with pasta-making techniques in this interactive cooking class in Boulder. With guidance from Chef Ashley or a resident chef, you’ll make fresh pasta dough and turn it into two dishes, hand-cut pasta with asparagus and truffle oil and orecchiette with sweet corn and basil. End the menu with berries and honey Prosecco zabaglione. This cooking class in Boulder focuses on dough handling, timing and pairing sauces with the right pasta shapes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
