Join Chef Nate at a local cidery in Salt Lake City and learn how to roll three iconic sushi styles completely from scratch. You’ll build real knife skills as you slice fresh fish and crisp vegetables, then master the art of rolling with a traditional bamboo mat.

Start with a classic California roll layered with cucumber, avocado and savory surimi. Turn up the heat with spicy ahi tuna, then head East for a creamy Philadelphia roll. With step-by-step guidance and plenty of laughs, you’ll plate restaurant-worthy sushi and actually feel confident doing it.
