Chef Ken was very engaging and enthusiastic throughout the entirety of the class, which provided for a fun and exciting cooking experience. I appreciated the small class size as well and would recommend this class with Ken to all other couples looking for something fresh and new on the dating spectrum!

A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Ken has vast experience at top NYC restaurants, including Nobu 57, Shang, and ‘inoteca. Born and raised in Hawaii, Ken has a unique culinary background of Hawaiian and Asian fusion cuisine, and was making poke bowls long before they were trendy.
